Any additions are intended to complement Cavani, though, rather than replace him.

Discussions regarding a new deal with their star striker will, however, require a certain degree of compromise from both sides.
Cavani is looking for any fresh terms to remove any punishment for a late return from holiday breaks, while also allowing him to manage certain sections of his image rights.
The former Napoli frontman is also looking for PSG to pay the taxes he is now eligible to pay after losing expat staus and for finances to be made available to help projects near his hometown of Salto in Uruguay.
There is a desire from all parties to get a deal done, with club chairman Nasser Al-Khelaifi having taken charge of negotiations following previous discussions with director of football Patrick Kluivert.
